Frequently Asked Questions

Where should I send clients who need commercial finance?

To one point of contact. We're across 70+ lenders, including private credit funds and non-bank lenders, and our trusted broker network covers bank options, so your client gets access to more options without you having to pick a single lender or broker.

Do I stay in control of the client relationship?

Yes. We're not trying to take over the relationship. You often have context on the client that no lender will see, and that context can make a transaction work. You stay across it, and we handle the lending side.

What types of finance can you help my clients with?

Commercial property purchases and refinances, business loans secured by property, cash flow lending, development and construction finance, bridging finance, second mortgages, SMSF loans and more, all for business or commercial purposes.

Can you help clients with ATO debt?

Often, yes. Some lenders in our network fund ATO and tax debt, usually secured by property, so a business can clear the debt and get back on track. The sooner we see the scenario, the more options there are.

Can you help clients with Director Penalty Notices?

Often, yes, but timing matters. A Director Penalty Notice can make a director personally liable for the company's tax debt, and there's only a short window to act. Some lenders in our network can fund the debt behind the notice, usually secured by property, so it can be dealt with before the deadline. Send us the scenario as soon as the notice arrives.

Can you help if the bank has declined my client?

Often, yes. Private and non-bank lenders assess deals differently from banks, and a bank decline doesn't mean there's no pathway. Tell us why it was declined and we'll tell you where it's likely to fit.

What if one lender can't cover the whole requirement?

We can look at bringing in more than one source of debt, and in some cases introduce equity options, to put together a structure that works.

Do you arrange home loans, personal loans or other consumer loans?

No. We're not a lender, and we don't get involved in consumer credit. If your client needs a home loan, personal loan, car loan or any other consumer loan, call us and we'll put them in touch with one of our trusted brokers.

Does it work both ways?

Yes. When something in our network fits your expertise, such as a client who needs accounting or advisory support, we can bring you into the conversation.

What do you need to get started?

The basics: how much is needed, what it's for, the security available and the timing. We don't ask for financials or documents until your client has signed our privacy consent and decided to go further.

How quickly will my client know if there's a funding pathway?

We aim to get back to your client within the hour. In that first conversation we'll tell them whether their scenario fits a lender in our group or network, and what we need to take it further. Once we have that, they'll usually know within 24 hours whether there's a credible funding pathway. If we can't help, we'll tell them up front.

Is there a cost to my client?

Getting indicative terms costs them nothing. If they decide to proceed, any fees are agreed with them up front, before any work starts.

Is my client's information kept confidential?

Yes. Your client signs our privacy consent before we collect financial information, and their details are only shared with lenders with their permission.
