This Policy applies to information collected through our website, our concierge widget, phone, email and in the course of our business as a commercial finance facilitator.

2. What PLG Does

PLG facilitates commercial and private finance transactions between brokers, referrers, lenders and borrowers. PLG does not provide credit assistance in relation to credit regulated by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth), and does not deal in consumer credit. Where an enquiry relates to regulated consumer credit, we may refer it to a licensed broker.

We may collect:

• general information about a funding enquiry (type of opportunity, amount, timing, property or project details);
• information you provide when contacting us, submitting an enquiry, or using our website's concierge widget; and

We do not collect financial information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information through our website or concierge widget. That information is only collected later, directly from you, once you have entered into the appropriate engagement and privacy consent documentation for a specific transaction.

4. Our Website Concierge Widget

Our website includes a concierge widget. It asks a short series of set questions to help us understand your enquiry and direct it to the right person. It is a one-way enquiry tool, not a live two-way chat: your responses are submitted to our team, who will follow up with you directly. It is not a substitute for a formal application, and:

• you should not enter financial details, account or card numbers, passwords, or identification documents into the widget; and
• any personal information you do provide through the widget is handled in accordance with this Policy.

We collect information directly from you (via our website, concierge widget, phone or email), and may collect information from brokers, referrers, or other parties involved in a transaction where you have authorised that disclosure.

• respond to and direct your enquiry to the appropriate person;
• assess and progress a funding opportunity you or your representative have raised with us;
• communicate with you about that opportunity;
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and
