Private Lending Group Pty Ltd (PLG, we, us, our) is a commercial finance facilitation business. We work with brokers, referrers and lenders to arrange commercial and private finance.

PLG does not provide credit assistance in relation to credit regulated by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) ("NCCP Act"), and does not deal in consumer credit. Nothing on this website is directed at, or should be relied on for, a consumer credit purpose. If your enquiry relates to regulated consumer credit, we may refer you to a licensed broker who can assist you.

Our website includes a concierge widget to help direct your enquiry to the right person. Please note:

• the widget is a one-way enquiry tool, not a live two-way chat: it asks a short series of set questions, and your responses are submitted to our team, who will follow up with you directly;
• it does not constitute a loan application or formal engagement;
• you must not submit financial information, identification documents, account numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information through the widget; and
• your use of the widget is subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you need to provide further information to progress an opportunity, we will direct you to the appropriate process and documentation.

You must not use this website or the concierge widget to:
