We take the scenario to the private and non-bank lenders it suits, and through our trusted broker network, bank options too. We aim to get back to you within the hour, and once we have what we need, your client will usually know within 24 hours whether there's a credible funding pathway.
As early as you can. Most calls we get from lawyers are urgent ones, but the most useful conversation is the one before that, when there's still time to line up more options.
