Just like the BDMs you know, but with more options.
They're all important things to protect.
With more than 70 lenders in our network, we know what they're funding right now. Better alignment, faster answers, more options.
If your deal fits a lender in our network, we act like any other BDM, and the client and brokerage stay with you.

Our lending matrix
Yes. The client relationship stays with you. We work in the background with the lenders, and you stay front and centre with your client.
Not with lenders in our core group. With them we work like their BDM, so your brokerage isn't affected. If a deal needs to go to a lender outside that group, an additional fee may apply, and we tell you up front before it goes anywhere.
A lender's BDM represents one lender. For the lenders in our core group we work the same way, and beyond that we can reach a wider network of private credit funds, family offices and specialist lenders when a deal needs it.
Commercial property purchases and refinances, construction and development, bridging finance, business lending secured by property, second mortgages and mezzanine, and deals a bank or non-bank lender has already declined. All for commercial or business purposes.
Often, yes. Private lenders assess deals differently from banks and non-banks, and a decline elsewhere doesn't mean there's no pathway. Tell us why it was declined and we'll tell you where it's likely to fit.
No. A deal that's been to six desks tells every lender something before they've read it. We take it to the credit teams it suits, in the right order, and we're straight with you about where it sits.
We can bring in more than one source of debt, and where debt falls short, look at equity options, to put together a structure that works.
Yes. Not every enquiry we receive belongs in private credit. Bank opportunities go out through our trusted broker network, so deals can come your way too.
No. You keep your panel, your process and your client. We step in where you need more access, a structure tested, or a deal kept moving. Plenty of deals don't need us.
A short summary, the purpose, the loan amount and when funds are needed. We don't ask for full financials or documents until the client has signed our privacy consent and the deal is going further.
We aim to get back to you within the hour. In that first conversation we'll tell you whether the deal fits a lender in our group or network, and what we need to take it further. Once we have that, you'll usually know within 24 hours whether there's a credible funding pathway, and if there isn't, why.
Private credit is lending from private and institutional funds rather than bank deposits. It suits deals that sit outside bank or non-bank policy, need to move quickly, or need a more flexible structure, and it's usually priced higher to reflect that.
Yes. Our lending matrix combines current credit parameters across our lender network by loan type, and is reviewed every 21 days.
