How we work with Lawyers

You run the matter. We work on the funding.

Stay on the legal work.

When a client's funding holds up a matter, it pulls you away from the work only you can do. Bring us in and we take the lending side off your desk, giving your client more options and you a clearer view of timing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can you do when a client's funding threatens a deadline or settlement?

We take the scenario to the private and non-bank lenders it suits, and through our trusted broker network, bank options too. We aim to get back to you within the hour, and once we have what we need, your client will usually know within 24 hours whether there's a credible funding pathway.

When should I bring you in?

As early as you can. Most calls we get from lawyers are urgent ones, but the most useful conversation is the one before that, when there's still time to line up more options.

What kinds of matters do you help with?

Settlements at risk because funding hasn't landed, refinancing under time pressure, funding as part of a restructure or dispute resolution, and commercial purchases where the buyer's finance is uncertain.

Can you guarantee your client will get funded?

No. No one can guarantee funding, and we won't pretend to. What we can do is give your client access to more options and a straight answer, fast. If we can't help, we'll tell them up front.

Do you give legal advice?

No. We're not a lender and we don't give legal advice. We handle the funding side, and you stay on the legal work.

Will you keep me informed on timing?

Yes. With your client's consent, we'll keep you updated on progress and timing, because timing is usually what matters most to you.

What types of finance can you help my clients with?

Commercial property purchases and refinances, bridging finance, business loans secured by property, second mortgages, development finance and more, all for business or commercial purposes.

Do you arrange home loans, personal loans or other consumer loans?

No. We're not a lender, and we don't get involved in consumer credit. If your client needs a home loan, personal loan, car loan or any other consumer loan, call us and we'll put them in touch with one of our trusted brokers.

Does it work both ways?

Yes. When a transaction in our network needs legal work, we can bring you in.

Is there a cost to my client?

Getting indicative terms costs them nothing. If they decide to proceed, any fees are agreed with them up front, before any work starts.

Is my client's information kept confidential?

Yes. Your client signs our privacy consent before we collect financial information, and their details are only shared with lenders with their permission.
